Grab a chair or another sturdy handhold and get ready to get toned! This move is great for your buns, thighs and core! Make sure you’re keeping your abs engaged as you perform this move.
Step 1: Stand up straight directly behind a sturdy chair and place your fingertips lightly on the chair back with your abs in tight. Place a soft ball in the crook of your knee.
Step 2: Lift left knee up and out until it is the same level as your hip, keeping your knee bent, foot flexed and a tight “grip” on the ball.
Step 3: Lower to your start position. Repeat this movement for 30 seconds; switch legs and perform the movement on the opposite leg for another 30 seconds.
